Relational is a web of light, a luminous, evident, unmistakable sign of trust in relationships, in the interaction between individuals who find in dialogue one of the necessary ways of being in the world.
This Institute, born from the genius of Gio Ponti and of Maurilio Lerici, who wanted him as the project's author, is the result of a dialogue between two worlds, entrepreneurship and architecture. These spaces today host the work of Bianco-Valente, an artist duo that studies and represents the inextricable relationship linking people, events, spaces. In the darkness of the northern winter, the luminous thread of Relational represents the infinite bond of light that links two gazes, two peoples, two cultures.

Dialogue with architecture and urban space is in the DNA of Bianco-Valente's artistic research. The network, visible or invisible, has in recent years become the distinctive sign of their work, whether it materializes with great visual impact on public monuments or creates interweavings of phrases and dialogues in different languages.
In every mode, the goal remains fundamentally the same: to attribute, to give back — even visually — a value to a fundamentally abstract concept such as relationship.
In their most recent works the concept of "network" has become more ideal, immaterial, finding in the relationship with people its true capital. The encounter with the communities with whom the artists generate an exchange of memories, experiences, aspirations becomes the material to work with, bringing their modus operandi ever closer to a participatory form of art.
